GINGER TURMERIC TEA
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 2-3 sprinkles of freshly cracked black pepper
- A small dash of cayenne pepper
- ½ lemon, juice squeezed
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil
- 1 teaspoon pure raw honey or to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the spices and add 1 cup warm (not hot) water to stir and mix.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Stir in the raw honey.
