The spices in this tea are chock full of amazing health benefits.  Not only can they boost your energy and weight loss, but they can also strengthen your immune systems and stop colds dead on arrival.

Every single ingredient in this ginger turmeric tea was purposefully selected to ensure that your body can reap maximum health benefits from these power spices.

Ginger

There are so many reasons you’ll want to use ginger for weight loss.  Ginger a natural appetite suppressant, metabolism booster, and can help to improve your digestion.

Ginger can also balance your level of leptin, the hormone that is responsible for you feeling full and satisfied after a meal.

Naturally anti-viral and anti-inflammatory, ginger can boost your immune system to fight against the cold virus.

Turmeric

Much of turmeric’s health benefits come from curcumin, its main bioactive compound.

Studies show that curcumin may have the ability to turn “bad” white fat cells into “good” brown fat cells that increase your metabolism to aid weight loss.

Cayenne Pepper

The capsaicin in cayenne pepper is known to boost metabolism, causing the body to produce extra heat and burn more calories for fuel.

It’s also a natural appetite suppressant that can reduce your cravings for unhealthy snacks.

Black Pepper

It may seem odd to add black pepper for taste when you’ve already added cayenne pepper for spiciness, but do not leave it out!

Black pepper increases your body’s ability to digest turmeric and all its wholesome goodness.

Coconut Oil

The curcumin in turmeric is fat-soluble.  Adding MCT oil derived from coconuts to this tea allows your body to absorb the maximum amount of nutritional benefits from turmeric.
