CUMIN GINGER TEA
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds or 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 cup boiling hot water
DIRECTIONS
- Place spices in a tea bag or tea ball and place in tea cup. Pour 1 cup boiling water over spices and let steep for 5 minutes.
*** Alternatively, add the cumin seeds and grated ginger to water and infuse overnight in the refrigerator for a refreshing cold tea.
