These drinks work by boosting metabolism in your body. A higher metabolism means a higher rate of fat burning. Some of these drinks are to be taken in between meals so that you stay full longer, and do not indulge in unhealthy snacks.
Keep in mind that these drinks are NOT replacements for your regular meals, as that is extremely unhealthy.
With that being said, here is a list of the 10 most effective drinks that will surely help you achieve a flatter stomach.
1. Green Tea
should come as no surprise that green tea is on this list. It is one of the most healthy drinks to exist.
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and nutrients, which makes it highly beneficial for your health. It contains approximately 120 to 320 milligrams of catechins and 10 to 60 milligrams of caffeine per cup.
Matcha green tea is considered the best type of green tea with its vibrant green color and naturally sweet taste. You’d also have to drink 10 to 15 cups of regular green tea to equal the nutrients in one cup of matcha!
A regular intake of 2-3 cups in between meals will help your metabolism rate increase, as both caffeine and catechins are linked to loss of weight and belly fat (study).
